While I believe the police should be held accountable for their actions involving this incident, I feel it's much more necessary to stop pointing the finger, and rather find a solution so that tragedies like this can be avoided. The legalization of hemp would have certainly changed the outcome of Rachel's life, and while hemp is leading the movement for ending prohibition, I still strongly stand behind my platform of the legalization of all drugs.
